One of SK Smart phone Service stores called and asked for English interpretation. 

1. A lady would like a receipt for a roaming charge bill of her Smart phone from 10/12/2015 to 10/17/2015 for her business

    expenses claim to her company. (Taken care of this receipt issue in a minute)

2. She also has having a problem on her Smart phone coming up a popup message that the data can't be activated each

    time she tried to access the internet linked data.

A customer service person at the store has had some problem in activating the data access issue and waited on the phone for several

minutes and again back and forth between the customer and service person. Finally, her Smart phone access to the internet data has

being accessed on the site and resolved both issues.
