  A foreigner, female, came to the real estate office looking for a rental room on conditions of 180,000 Won per month. The broker offered a room with rental condition of the deposit of W300,000.- and monthly rent of W200,000; providing with TV set and microwave as the foreigner wanted and the one(1) year contract period. The Agent wanted to know the foreigner's job: she's a student of Youngnam University and she's going to leave Korea in October 2016.

  The Agent wanted to pay downpayment W100,000; but the foreign possible teay be able to pay it after getting an approval from the said University; so, it will be on coming Thursday or Friday. The Agent wanted her to come to the office at 1:00 p.m. either Thursday or Friday.

  The Agent wanted me, over her 3rd call, to find out if another male foreigner has registered in his own name for using the urban gas supply line. As her was not sure of it, the undersigned asked him to confirm it as it's the required condition for the tenant to use the urban gas.

  The 4th call was for the former female foreigner: She complained against the smaller size of the room after seeing the male foreigner's room. According to the Agent, the latter room has no room door nor launtry dry hanger compared with the former one she has seen. She understod thereof; anyhow she said she would come to the real estate office coming Thursday or Friday.
